A valued TRI-TEC customer for two decades, we have had the honor and privilege of partnering with Eisenhower Carlson from the installation of their initial on-prem Mitel business telephone and voice mail system, to software and platform upgrades throughout the years. Most recently, we assisted with their facility move, installing network cabling and wiring in addition to providing telco consultation that has helped Eisenhower Carlson improve their return on investment while securing monthly savings on carrier services.
We have equipped their Mitel system with remote desktop access capabilities so that TRI-TEC’s service department can efficiently troubleshoot and correct minor issues remotely, thus alleviating the overhead expenditures of sending a technician on-site every time. Onboarding of staff, directory changes, and administrative tasks can all be accomplished remotely at a time that is least disruptive to our client’s personnel and daily operations.
